Q. How can we make a booking?

A. Thanks for choosing us!  Please fill out the info on our contact form (located above) and we’ll get back to you with our availability and a quote within 48 hours.

Q. Where are you based?

A. We’re based in Burleigh on the Gold Coast.  

Q. Do you travel & do we need to pay a travel fee?

A. We are happy to travel so please feel free to get in contact if you are getting married or need a photographer outside of the Gold Coast.  Weddings on the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, Brisbane and Mt Tamborine (and anywhere in between) do not incur any travel fees.  For locations outside of these areas, we will let you know of any associated travel costs upfront at the time of your enquiry.

Q. When can I expect to see my wedding images?

A. We provide sneak peek images within 48 hours of your wedding and your USB of all edited images will be ready within 4 weeks of your wedding date.

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. For weddings, we ask for a $500 deposit at the time you make your booking to secure your wedding date with us.  The final payment is due 7 days before your wedding.  Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card, and we can arrange a payment plan if you’d like to make partial payments.  

Q. Do you photograph engagement sessions?

A. Yes, we offer engagement photo sessions, which include edited images on USB – please ask us for package details.

Q. Do you offer albums?

A. Yes, we offer a selection of beautifully handcrafted wedding albums, starting at $700.  Albums are a great way to showcase your images and tell the story of your wedding day.  You are welcome to view samples of our albums to see the quality and designs that we offer.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, we have $10 million public liability insurance and would be happy to provide the certificate to your venue if they require a copy.

Q. Can you give us the RAW files?

A. We do not supply unedited RAW files as we consider these our unfinished product, and part of what you are paying for when you commission us for your photography is our editing ability.  We promise that you will have many edited images and won’t be missing out on any photos if that is what you might be thinking.  We don’t limit the number of photos that we edit and include for you, so if an image is worth keeping, it will be included already on your USB.

Q. What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

A. We will contact you during the week before your wedding if the forecast is predicting rain.  We will help you to plan suitable alternate locations if needed and will also scout those areas if they are new to us, to ensure we are fully prepared.  We have umbrellas that are suitable for photographs with your bridal party and we will bring these along just in case.  If the rain is really heavy and it prevents us from capturing beautiful photos during your bridal location shoot, we are happy to offer a complimentary reshoot for you to use after your honeymoon.

Q. Can we meet you before the wedding?

A. Yes absolutely, we love meeting our bridal couples before their wedding day so we can get to know them better.  And if you haven’t yet made a decision about your photographer, we’d love to have the opportunity to meet so you can see if we might be the right fit for you.  Please get in contact with us via the contact link above and we can go from there.
